I've spent over 14 years building learning and development programs inside multiple Fortune 100 companies, and I've spent just as long learning what actually helps people grow, versus what just looks good on a slide.

My background

I bring more than a decade of experience working in learning, leadership, and professional development within complex organizational environments. Throughout my career, I’ve designed and led learning initiatives, built programs from the ground up, worked across teams and competing priorities, navigated challenging workplace dynamics, and supported people at many different stages of their careers.

I’ve been involved in hiring and mentoring, partnered with leaders and colleagues, worked through conflict, and experienced firsthand the moments when you need to find your voice, advocate for yourself, make a difficult decision, or figure out what comes next.

That lived experience shapes how I coach. I don’t coach from theory alone—I bring a practical understanding of the real-world situations people are navigating at work and the courage it can take to create meaningful change.

My education

I hold a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Instructional Design, which grounds my work in how people actually learn. I'm currently pursuing a Master's in Human Resources and Industrial Relations (MHRIR). Deepening my understanding of the organizational and systemic side of workplace dynamics.

My training and credentials

I'm currently completing my coaching certification through Erickson Coaching International, working toward my ACC (Associate Certified Coach) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). My approach is rooted in Erickson's solution-focused methodology: the belief that every client is already whole, resourceful, and capable of finding their own answers.
